Argon laser is used to treat various retinal and vitreous pathologies, such as diabetic retinopathy, central serous chorioretinopathy, retinal dystrophies or tears. This type of treatment does not improve the patient's vision, but if this treatment is not carried out promptly, most of these pathologies lead to complete vision loss in the affected eye.
