Healthy meals on the beach
The hot weather invites you to go to the beach, but it's advisable to take healthy snacks so you don't end up conditioned to ice cream and berlin balls.Bet on salads, always including a source of protein (except eggs, which are very sensitive to heat), fresh fruit, lettuce and tomato sandwiches with cheese or roast meat (without sauces), toast and crackers and tea fresh or homemade lemonade.
