How many hours should you sleep, by age?
On World Sleep Day, which is celebrated today, we tell you how many hours you should sleep per night, according to age:Between 3 and 5 years old – 10 to 13 hours, between 6 and 13 years old – 9 to 11 hours, between 14 and 17 years old – 8 to 10 hours, from 18 years old – 7 to 9 hours, after 65 years – 7 to 8 hours.
