The importance of vitamin B12
When vitamin B12 levels are below adequate, our body gives signs: fatigue, pale skin, fast heart rate or irritability, among others.This vitamin is present in red meat and poultry, eggs, milk and derivatives, fish and shellfish. If you follow a vegetarian or vegan diet, make sure you eat other foods with vitamin B12, such as cereals, bread and nutritional yeast.
