Pay attention to the symptoms: excessive sweating accompanied by fever, severe headaches, weakness, dizziness and vomiting. Until medical help arrives, place the victim in a cool place and apply wet cloths to their body. Avoid going out during the hottest hours and especially protect children and the elderly.
