World Kidney Day
On World Kidney Day, which is celebrated today, we show you the care you should take to contribute to good kidney health:
- drink plenty of water (at least 1.5 liters per day)
- reduce salt intake
- have regular tests (creatinine levels)
- control diseases such as diabetes and hypertension
- do physical exercise
- avoid alcohol consumption
- do not smoke
