World Ovarian Cancer Day
Early-stage ovarian cancer does not cause obvious symptoms. However, as it progresses, the following symptoms may appear: pressure or pain in the abdomen, pelvis, back or legs, swollen abdomen or feeling “stuffed”, nausea, indigestion, gas, constipation or diarrhea, constant feeling of large tiredness.
In most cases, these symptoms are not, in themselves, indicators of cancer, although women who experience them should inform their doctor.
