Is exercising more in your New Year's resolutions?
If you don't usually play sports and want to start exercising more, start slowly to avoid injuries and muscle pain.Pay attention to the symptoms of myalgia: muscle pain and weakness and lack of energy. In more serious cases, fever, stiffness in the neck, dizziness and difficulty breathing may occur. Prevent yourself: warm up, stretch your muscles, stay hydrated.
