World Obesity Day
Today, as we mark World Obesity Day, we leave you with some tips on how to prevent this disease, already considered an epidemic by the World Health Organization.
Eat a balanced and varied diet, rich in vegetables, whole grains, fruit and fish and low in sugar and saturated fats, found in red meat, butter and full-fat dairy products. Eat every three to four hours, avoiding being too hungry at the next meal. A good tip is to start main meals with vegetable soup without potatoes. Stay active and maintain a healthy weight.
